1. Introduction

GoalifyNow (operated by DoifyNow) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal data.

2. Data We Collect

We process account details (name, email and profile image), authentication and security data (sessions, linked sign-in providers, IP address and device/user-agent information), app usage events, purchase and entitlement records, and the goals, habits, workouts, meals, measurements, weight records and photos you choose to enter.

3. Sensitive Health & Fitness Data

Workout history, body measurements, nutrition logs, weight records and progress photos can reveal sensitive health or fitness information. We limit their use to the app features you request, restrict access, use HTTPS in transit, and do not sell this data.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use data to create and secure your account, provide the tracking features you request, display and synchronize progress, process and reconcile subscriptions, provide support, prevent abuse, and—only after optional consent—measure limited app usage analytics.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We disclose only the data needed to providers that operate hosting, databases, private photo storage, authentication and social sign-in, transactional email, consented analytics, and billing. Mobile subscriptions also involve Apple or Google and RevenueCat; their processing is governed by their notices and your store account.

For mobile subscriptions, RevenueCat receives your account-linked user identifier and purchase history to validate receipts, provide subscription access, prevent billing fraud, and support purchase analytics such as customer history and subscription charts. This billing processing is separate from optional app usage analytics.

6. Data Retention

We retain account and app data while your account is active. Confirmed deletion removes the associated GoalifyNow profile, tracking data, progress-photo objects and app entitlement records. A store subscription is managed separately and is not canceled by deleting the app account. Providers or law may require limited transaction, fraud, security or tax records to be retained for a defined period with restricted access. De-identified analytics may remain. Recent food suggestions are derived from your saved meals, and favorite foods are stored with your account until you remove them or delete your account. The app clears its in-memory food suggestions when you sign out; these suggestions are not saved in browser storage.

After deletion, we also retain a security record with a one-way hash of the original authentication identity and the deletion time. It contains no email address or health data and has no automatic expiry. It prevents existing credentials from restoring the deleted account.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may request access to or a copy of your data, correct inaccurate data, delete your account, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw optional analytics consent. Use the in-app deletion control or email contact@goalifynow.com.
